Which is the best plugin for admin to post frontend on this theme?

I have the below theme and cannot yet find a plugin that allows me and other agents to post real estate listings on the frontend instead of all of us going to the dashboard. I was told about TDO Mini Forms and other options but none so far have been able to allow us to post HOUSING LISTINGS. They only allow posting of BLOGS. This theme you can post articles (blogs) and housing listings and the post on the front end function for some reason only pulls from blogs. If you have any experience with this or know plugin that would work for this real estate plugin I would appreciate it.
