Which hooks for registration process?

I’m trying to understand which hooks I need and if the following is possible:
Step 1- The user would enter their name, email, and a URL.
Step 2- the API call would return the data in predefined registration fields before submission.
I saw this documentation https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1506-social-login-sync-social-register-form-fields-with-extend-option, as well as the long list of hooks https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1324-hooks-list, and this seems possible with custom development but the list of hooks and dated documentation left me wondering. Is Ultimate Members available in the regular WP REST API? Can anyone advise?
