Hi – which fields need to be set in order to have products display using the [products] shortcode with the on_sale=”true”?

I import a list of “sale products” each day. Previously the shortcode would display all the products with a sale price set, but something changed (a few months ago?) and now they no longer display.

When I edit a product with a sale price, don’t change anything but click “update,” the product displays when the shortcode is run.

It feels like the import needs to set something else now but I couldn’t find any differences between a product before and after I manually “updated” it, so I’m hoping the Woocommerce masters can give me some guidance.

    Thanks in advance!

@jlev00 This sounds like the import itself is not setting the products to be on sale as it should. Can you confirm how you are importing the products to update them?

@jlev00 We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
