which directory the backup file stored if it is stucked?

    Hello,

    It is stucked at 65%, but I noted that the storage of Disk Usage was increased, would you please let us know where is the directory stored on server?

    Our disk usage is 80 GB, and the total storage is 160GB, here is a question before go Pro:

    How it will move the backup file to the cloud storage? it will move all backup files only after completing the backup on the local server? or it will move backup files step by step?

    The reason is why I ask this question, is that I just wonder if 160GB is enough for backup migration if it will move all backup files to cloud only completing all of the backup process.

    Hello,

    So Backuply uploads the backup file to the cloud only after the backup creation completes on the local server.

    Will it be possible for you to share the Screenshot of the backup progress so we can see exactly where it got stuck.

    The backup file on the local server is stored at wp-content/backuply/backups-{random-string}

    So we just create a single backup file, which will contain a backup of both Database and the Directories.
