Which code placement option should i choose?

    Hi,

    I put tag manager code using “Tracking Code Manager” plugin. but i confuse which placement option in general menu should i choose.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks for your question.
    I am not aware of any “Tracking Code Manager” plugin, could be more specific?

    If you refer to my plugin, the most important GTM container code is added to the <head> anyway, placement option only decides where to put the so called <noscript> part of the code that is only executed in browsers where JavaScript is disabled.
    Because of this, footer can be your best option but you might try the codeless option too.

    Thanks for answering!

    That plugin helps me to insert code wherever i want.

    and i was insert 2 codes about GTM in <head> and </body> manually.

    in this case, which placement option should i choose?

    It is not recommended to add GTM codes manually. You should remove your manually added GTM container codes ad let my plugin to do the job: in that case you can select either footer or the codeless option.

    I deleted codes when i put manually and using your plugin function.
