Where's the Social Media Widget plugin?

I feel ridiculous for asking this, but let’s just call this my blond moment for the day.

Where is the control panel for this plugin?

It’s been a while since I’ve installed the Social Media Widget, and now that I want to change one the links that’s associated with one of the social media icons, I can’t remember where to go. The only thing I can find is the editor, but I don’t want to edit the code itself.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
