Where's the comment button?

  • New here, just started my first website and have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve tried searching for a solution, but have yet to find an answer that I understand. I do not know code or how to add code to the website, but can learn ??

    Anyway, I’m simply trying to provide a place for readers to leave comments on my blog and though I’ve checked the “Allow comments” and “Allow trackback” boxes (and refreshed the page lol), there still no option on the page for readers to leave a reply. I’m running the ifeature theme if it helps. The website is longlongwait.com please help.

  • On your homepage, there is a “leave a comment” link under each post title. At the bottom of individual posts there is a comment box. I looked at your site in two different browsers and both of them gave me the ability to leave a comment.

    Perhaps you solved your problem since you posted?

    Hmm…I see the “leave a comment” link under the title now, but there’s not a comment box at the end of the individual posts on my end.

    Does it give you a option to type a comment at the bottom of the post? I’m not seeing that on my end and I’ve used a couple of different browsers.

    Click on that leave a comment – it will take you to a box.

    glbtrekker – yes, I saw a comment box on the bottom of each individual post and could have made a comment
