Where’s an instruction manual?

    I’m a complete novice at creating www.remarpro.com blogs. I’ve got a WordPress.com blog and I’m very familiar with how it works and its limitations. Where can I find the clearest straight-forward directions to starting up a www.remarpro.com site? I don’t get all the lingo like CSS, database, etc. Help, please?
