where/how to insert shortcode?

  • Hi! Full disclosure, I hate the popup my previous developer created and just discovered it’s also not working (email sign up). I’m trying to find it to delete it, but in the meantime I created a new one using your groovy plug in. However, it’s not working (meaning not appearing). I just place the shortcode in the content of the page where I want it, yes? I tried this on 2 different pages with no luck. One of the pages is my home page with lots of fields (https://susanarinderle.com) but the other was my Training page. No luck. Help! (Maybe there’s a conflict with the existing crappy one somewhere? I’m at my wits end!)

    Hi,

    yes you should just place the shortcode on the page you want your popup to appear. What kind of trigger settings have you set for it?
