Where to upload WP backup on FTP

Hi,

I’m currently struggling to bring across a WP site after changing host. I used the All in One Migration plugin to export the site with the plan to import it also using this plugin.

Unfortunately, my site exceeds the upload size limit on WordPress so I am trying to upload it through using FTP on Filezilla. The file that was exported is in .wpress format. I have very limited experience with this and am unsure what folder I need to upload the .wpress file to? Any help would be extremely appreciated!
