    Hi,

When an RSVP ticket is booked, only the person booking the ticket receives a confirmation per mail. Is this normal behaviour of this free plugin? Or should the admin also receive an e-mail with the confirmation of an RSVP ticket booking? If yes, where is this e-mailaddress set in the Tickets settings?

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards,

    Richard

  • Hi @richard_vermeer!

This is not an option that is currently available out of the box, but we do have a quick snippet that you can add to the functions.php file of your child theme to get this functionality.

    I hope this helps ??

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Jeremy,

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I can just copy/paste this snippet and then test it?

Again, thank you for your help.

    Regards,

    Richard

    Hi Jeremy,

I just tested this snippet by changing to my own e-mailaddress. I only receive confirmation of the RSVP ticket. No other email/confirmation is received (I expected to receive 2 emails instead of 1). I added the snippet in the functions.php file of my child theme.

    Regards,

    Richard

Solved it! It works as long as the two e-mailaddresses are different ??

    Thanks again!
