Its good that user can save data by export csv file, (views, referrers, geo).

But I wonder where is the place to retrieve exported data ?

I have searched in dashboard and knowledgebase, but have problem to find answer (or should I get larger glaces to see it)

Independent Analytics is a good plugin

    Thanks for using Independent Analytics!

When you click one of the Export buttons, it should download the CSV file right away, so it sounds like it’s not working correctly on your site.

To debug this, I’ll need admin access so I can take a look myself. If you open the Analytics > Contact Us menu in your dashboard and submit a bug report there, you’ll see an option to include login credentials (screenshot). This is an easy and secure way to send us temporary access to the site.

I can export CSV file, it does work to download and save exported CSV file.

But I cant find any Import buttons

I want to import/recover an earlier saved CSV file into Independent Analytics.

( sorry for misunderstanding, or do you mean that we use same button for export file as for import file ? )

Okay I understand now. The CSV export is only designed for analysis and isn’t made for importing data into a site.

Since Independent Analytics keeps the analytics data in your database, you can restore your old data by using a backup plugin. Do you have a recent backup of your site you can restore?
