Ditto. I get a simple login page (not a popup as above—just a simple user/pass/submit form. But no option to register, etc.

I get the same screen. have you figured it out?

After reading some forums, I deleted the plugin, deleted my cache and cookies, and reinstalled it. Worked afterwards.
