Where to put shortcode

    Add a standard WordPress text widget to your sidebar. Then add the shortcode in that text widget.

    There is no text box in the widget, it simply says to go to the settings page?

    A “text widget” is a standard widget that is a core WordPress feature. Do you know how to add a text widget in your WordPress site? If you don’t then do a search to learn how to add a text widget.
