Where to put blog summary page when using blog as a website

Hi all,

I have a rather simple question but I am totally stumped. I’ve installed a business theme into my root folder( https://www.example.com). The business theme is controlled by wordpress but looks like a normal business website for all intents and purposes.

But now, I would like to get the blog going on the site and i’m not sure how I can display the home blog page (where all the posts show in summary).

I can go to an individual blog post like https://www.example.com/blog-post-1 but I’m not sure what the address is for the summary page.

I would like it so that going to https://www.example.com/blog goes to the summary page and going to https://www.example.com/blog/blog-post-1 goes to the actual blog post.

Do I need to move the entire installation to the https://www.example.com/blog folder?
