Where to place taxonomy-event-category.php to override

    Hi

    I’ve read through the documentation and I can’t work out where to put the taxonomy-event-category.php to override the original template. I’ve tried putting it in the root of my theme, the template folder of my theme and in:
    mytheme/event-organiser/templates/taxonomy-event-category.php
    and
    mytheme/event-organiser/taxonomy-event-category.php

    But none of them override the original file.

    I’m stuck, where do I put it?

  • I dropped mine right into the root of the theme itself. I also cleared cache to make sure to load the new file. It worked perfect for me.

    That’s where I left it last night and I’ve come back to the site this morning and it’s working fine.
