Where to make the Cloudflare DNS/proxied change?

The documentation at
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/340-troubleshooting-invalid-dkim-records#cloudflare-configuration
shows a “DNS only” option — is that supposed to be in the MailPoet Sender Domains UI? Or is that in CloudFlare (we use a CloudFlare-like service, but not CF itself)? But I don’t see anything that looks like that documentation anywhere.
We added our DKIM DNS records yesterday (more than 24 hours ago) and they look OK on our end, and I see the records when I
dig
at the command line, but the MailPoet dashboard is still showing that my DNS records are “completely missing”.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
