Where to insert amp-auto-ads in 0.6.0 ?

The html-start.php template part now contains the head.

Nevertheless, it would be better to add code to the head via the amp_post_template_head action instead of forking the template.

Our admin has added 2 of 3 parts of the code. The configuration spec is where we are confused. If you can be more specific as to the code and locations it will help us get this up and running. Please check what we have so far and give us instruction to finish implementation.

In page and single.php the following code has been added below html-start array;

In the html-start.php the following code has been added just above the </head>;
<script async custom-element=”amp-auto-ads” src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js”></script&gt;

I can see an error is being generated in the console at https://www.dodgecountyfairgrounds.com/2018/02/03/fundraising-underway-to-finish-pig-barn-upgrade/amp/#development=1

amp-auto-ads config xhr failed: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

So yes, the configuration spec seems to be incorrect.
