• Hi,

I need to enable the sandbox while testing the plugin integration on a local staging system. The sandbox help icon (?) shows this tooltip:

Please, tick here if you want to test the plug-in installation against the DHL Sandbox Environment. Labels generated via Sandbox cannot be used for shipping and you need to enter your client ID and client secret for the Sandbox environment instead of the ones for production!

Hmm, where can I get this information from? We’re using DHL Paket in Germany. After having logged in at https://www.dhl-geschaeftskundenportal.de I do not see anything like a client ID / secret for a “Sandbox” environment.

    Best,
    Gerd

    Hi,

are you investigating this issue? I am afraid it has not been noticed…

Like for PayPal or Stripe usually there’s some kind of Test mode (vs. Live mode) which can be used to, well, test the Plugin and API integration. Since I need to integrate the tracking code into our custom woocommcerce emails, I am in need of doing this on our staging server without actually causing real labels/shipments.

I hope you understand. Some kind of feedback would be appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Gerd

PS The 5 star review is for another website where I already installed “DHL for WooCommcerce” as it is and where I do not need to adjust email temlates with tracking code.
