    Hi,
I install the plugin and now i want to activate it. I went to Google Developer Console site, create a project and enable Pagespeed function. I go to setting and it redirect me to code.google.com/apis/console, but when i click on enable button it says “You don’t have permission”. I don’t know where to get that. Please help

The “You don’t have permission” error would have something to do with the type of Google account you are logged into. Perhaps this account is managed by your work, school, etc and they do not allow you to use all of google’s services.

I would log out of whichever google account you were logged into, and log back in with either a new account or another account you already own.

Tom, I have updated the documentation tonight to show the expected process for obtaining an API key from Google (Google changed this process since our first wrote the documentation).

The new docs can be found online here: https://mattkeys.me/documentation/google-pagespeed-insights/

Once you are logged into a less-restricted google account, you should be able to follow these docs to get up and running.
