Where to find the title to show facebook graph api

Hi, first time, i would like apologize, for my english.
Problem:
I use Shareaholic, and if i want share with facebook, the title is old, I tried a long time ago at the beginning….I found some tutorial or advice how repair this problem but(edit header.php or footer.php), none work for me. I try use facebook url debuger and than show me graph API and there is the problem, the title is old there. But nowhere on the page, i can’t find this title…how i can change that? Or other advice?
