Where to find the individual download link?

    Hi.

    I used to use the Easy Digital Download plugin but recently switched to Woocommerce to sell my digital products.

    In the EDD plugin there was a way to get the individual download link from every purchase. So in case the customer did not receive the email I was able to copy that individual link and send it to the customer manually.

    Is there a way to get the individual purchase related download link to manually send it to the customer?

    Hi there!

    If you open an order that was for a downloadable product, you will find the Customer download link right at the bottom of the order, like this;

    I did not realize that I had to expand the order as well and not only the “Downloadable Product Permissions” window.

    Problem solved ??
