• Hi support team,

according to the cookie law TMG Section 13 Obligations of the service provider (2) we also need to

Approval can be stated electronically if the service provider ensures that
    1. the recipient of the service has consciously and unambiguously given his approval,
    2. a record of the approval is kept,
    3. the recipient of the service can access the content of the approval at any time, and
    4. the recipient of the service can revoke the approval at any time with effect for the
    future.

Where do I find a report or a “cookie accepted user protocol” to see which user has accepted the cookies and the other requested functionalies?

Looking forward on your reply, Alex

  • Hi
I’d also love to hear a reply – even if it mean developing a premium product – because there is no-one providing a product that meets the new EU GDPR – which has a 20M euro fine if you get it wrong.

According to the law which comes into place on 25th May, you also need to be able to rescinding consent at a later date – so effectively you would need to show users a banner reminding them that they have cookies set and offering them the opportunity of removing them

This is going to be an absolute must have plugin by the end of next year

Do you feel you could produce it
