Where to find HTML editing tool

    Hi, I am trying to get through to HTML of my home page as I need to make some changes. WordPress tutorial says there should be an elipses with 3 dots within editing tools, but I don’t see it on my page. Would appreciate your help.

    PS. I am a non-technical person, don’t understand IT jargon and need very clear step by step instructions.

    do you use the Gutenberg editor or the old editor?
