Where to find HTML code in integrated wordpress

Not sure if this is correct forum.

I have just integrated a wordpress into an existing site and I want to remove some elements (like the ‘search for’ next to box).

When I click on view source I can see the html code I wish to remove, but where do i access this in the wordpress database in ftp prog?

Can’t find any html files in wordpress directory on ftp and none of the php files contain the relevant html.

Any advice much appreicated
