    Hi,

The checkbox is the only setting. This will essentially add a line of text ‘——– Reply Above ——–‘ to the top of each outgoing email.

The configuration of email piping happens outside of the website. I can only advise on how this can be done within cPanel. If you are using a different hosting method then you will have to identify how to set up email forwarding yourself I am sorry.

    For cPanel:

    1. Log in to your cPanel
    2. Navigate to Mail and select Forwarders
    3. Click on Add Forwarder
    4. Enter the Address to Forward
    5. Select Pipe to a program (you may need to click on Advanced Options to see the Pipe to a program option)
    6. Enter the path to the piping.php file of the WP Support Centre plugin. For example: /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-support-centre/piping/piping.php
    7. Click on Add Forwarder

Emails sent to the address entered will now be processed via the WP Support Centre plugin.
