Where to find and change all the excisting material

    Hello,

    I’m completly new with wordpress. I’ve downloaded the theme and now i want to know where to find the excisiting material so i can change it with material i want to use. Example where do i find the slider and the images that are in there etc, etc

    The existing material are just virtual.
    If you add some content to it then the virtual post will be lost.
