Where to create the log

A while back you responded to this question but without answering it. The installation instructions on the plugin page say “choose a log” in the General Settings but that option isn’t available. I’m getting a Failure page with every test, in sandbox or live mode and can’t debug without a log. I’ve set up both success and failure pages and get green checks with every form submission but still get fails. Can you please walk me through whatever the updated method is to choose a log? Or suggest why this isn’t working. I have no other Stripe API plugins installed but this one.
