where to change the image that shows when blog post is shared

  • Need to know 2 things:

    1)Where to change the image shown when my blog post is shared.
    (I would have thought it would be the ‘featured image’ of the post, but it is not). Instead it is an image that I don’t want to display with my posts.

    2)Is there a way to see who has shared my post?
