Where to change date position, post summary, home page, theme Twenty Twelve

  • We have built a simple site to show press releases as post. Currently on the Twenty Twelve theme the post summary on the home page shows title, subtitle, excerpt, continue reading and then a line with date, author, etc.

    I would like to remove everything but the date and move that above the title. But I can’t find which template calls that in…

    Any hints?
