Where to change button labels

  • Hi there,

    Im quite new to wordpress. I have figured out basics. But i need help to figure out where i can change the button labels on my website. There is the main menu that i can change in the customise menu, but then on my website there are buttons above – SOregister / SOlogout and then they change once youre logged in. Where do i change those?

    I have imported this site from a friend who needs help adjusting these.

    Any help would be much appreciated.
