where to add meta tags???

  • Where do I add meta tags – in index.php??

    I want to use

    <META NAME=”ROBOTS” CONTENT=”ALL”>
    <META NAME=”REVISIT-AFTER” CONTENT=”3 DAYS”>
    <META NAME=”RATING” CONTENT=”GENERAL”>

    etc…

    Do i need to do this or not?? – I’m not sure how the coding works… perhaps someone could look at my site and tell me if i need to add them.
