Where to Add html code in this html

I am picking up image and text from Houzz.com for which they provide the code. However, it does not open in a new window. User must click the back arrow. I want the Houzz link to open in a new window but can’t figure out where to add new window/tab code. This is the code I think I am to add: <ahref=”htto:…. /”target=”_blank”>
