Where to add Google Analytics code in Flexibility2 theme

    Flexibility2 has a place to enter the Google Analytics UA number.

    I’ve done that, but assume that I also need to paste the GA script somewhere.
    All the flexibility2 code is php so what part do I paste the script (if at all). Also where in the php code does the script go?
    Google says just before the </body> but I can’t see that in the php code.
