Where to Add Code to Preview a Woocommerce Product 3D Model with AR Quick Look?
-
Hi,
I’d like to implement Augmented Reality into my Woocommerce Store.
I included a link to a company’s product page that has this functionality. Opening it on an IOS 12 (and up) device will show a thumbnail and AR icon. clicking the icon will trigger an AR session that allows the viewer to place the 3D product model onto their environment. Highly Cool!!
I have the required 3D model USDZ file hosted on my server and I can view it in AR Quick Look no problem, by clicking on a direct link.
I use Code Snippets plugin so if it’s a matter of adding some php code, I can handle that. if it’s more complex, with “Hooks” and such, I’m afraid I might be a bit lost as I’m not a developer.
this is the example of a company’s product that is using this technology:

thank you for reading this and any ideas are most welcome ??
