Where should I add an affiliate link?

    Firstly thanks for your plugin!
    And I have two questions:

    1) Where to add an affiliate link? I supposed it should be a field when I add a new store, but I haven’t found it there…

    2) Isn’t the coupon field should be covered and after a person clicks it – it gets shown? All the coupon themes works like that, otherwise everyone will just take the code without clicking an affiliate link.
