Where Sharedaddy meets Website meets Facebook?

From Jetpack, I configured Sharedaddy, and downloaded the Facebook and LinkedIn links to my website’s pages. https://www.acornbbs.com So far, so good!
However, when I click onto the Facebook link, I’m directed to a ‘Share this link’ page with some info about my website/company https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Facornbbs.com%2F%3Fpage_id%3D2&t=Who+We+Are
However, I want to be directed to my company’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/ACORN-Business-Building-Solutions/130903437009546
Can someone tell me how to link the two up; my Facebook link with my company’s Facebook page?
