where is validation message text

i want to change validation text that shown after user click sumbit button like this message:
“please select a value that is no more than …”
i am a developer and search for this text all php file but cannot find it.
please help to how change this text.
and please create Translation file ( po, mo) that we can translate your plugin to any other language.
