What kind of a User GUide you are looking for?

I think you are referring to that link in the FAQ tab:

It is no longer exist, so it directs to one of those tutorials, breadcrumb.

That section is changed a long time ago; a little bit after some plugin/theme differentiations within Woo:

Those are the basic documentations for Woocommerce.
