    Can not sign into the Tribulant website or connect with any support documentation. Does anyone know what happened?

    I have been trying to integrate Newsletters and Amazon SES with my GoDaddy hosting account. I have suffered probation and then suspension by Amazon, but have finally gotten reinstated. Changed from GoDaddy Windows Server to GoDaddy Linux Server, and haven’t been able to even send a test email for over three weeks — my busiest season!

    I can’t seem to bypass my GoDaddy account when sending out my Newsletters no matter how we configure. GoDaddy does not want me to relay emails. Does anyone know how to make this work? Hate to change servers and plugin and waste two months of efforts.

    Thank you for your post.

    Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our server wasn’t down but we noticed that there was a bottleneck over the weekend causing database problems and slowness.

    It is resolved now and you should be able to access our site without any problems: https://tribulant.com/

    I have been replying to your ticket regarding this Amazon SES issue and GoDaddy relaying your emails due to the MX records that you have set on there.

    I will continue assisting you in the ticket if you need any further help.
