Where is TinyMCE?

  • Hi,
    I have a new installation of wp. Hungírian language.
    On edit the page, Where is TinyMCE?
    Without any icon, without any other opportunity. The text is white.
    The text shows on the public side well.
    Theme: Twenty Sixteen, without any plugins.
    Please help.

    thank you.

    I guess can not do the TinyMCE creators of about it, to not work on WP installation the TinyMCE.

    I installed it TinyMCE Advanced plugint, but nothing did not happen. Not to see the icons and the menus. All text are whitwe on white background.
