where is tiny mce?

I’m new to wordpress and read that the rich text editor had been advanced. I got in, and can see the editor, but it doesn’t have any means of making a bigger or smaller font, like blogger, in a simple way.

Where or how do I get a button or two to increase or decrease font size?

For the life of me I can’t find a wysiwyg text editor. I’ve been searching for an hour and found one.
