    When we cancel an order and refund the money, the customer receives this message, weird. We use M.E. calendar in combination with woocoomerce. Does anyone know where I can turn this off or change the text?

    I couldn’t find this error message anywhere in the WooCommerce Core code. I suspect the error message is originating from one of the active plugins. Please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the refund functionality is working as expected.

    Kindly share the following information for further investigation:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
