    I already installed this plugin and after successfully activating it, I found it nowhere on wp-admin. Not on the general tab on wp-admin, not under the Marketing WooCommerce tab, not even on the WooCommerce integration tab. So where does this TikTok plugin hide on wp-admin?

  • Hi @kawahbuku ,

    Sorry to hear of your difficulties. It should be under Marketing > Tiktok.

    What version of WooCommerce are you using?

    We used version 6.5.0 for WooCommerce

    Thanks @kawahbuku that’s unusual – we’ll be investigating. In the mean time if you haven’t already, please reach out to support via WooCommerce.com as the team will be able to grab additional information and/or help with problem-solving if there is something specific with your configuration.

    @kawahbuku If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features, do you have the “Navigation” option enabled? If so, could you please un-check that box and save the changes?

    If that doesn’t help, could you try going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and then in the log drop-down look for anything with “TikTok” in the name?

    @jpry thanks a lot. The first option is working. I think maybe because the new navigation on WooCommerce made certain extensions hides. I just reverted back to normal navigation and it worked.

    @kawahbuku Great, I’m glad it’s working now!

    The first option is working. I think maybe because the new navigation on WooCommerce made certain extensions hides.

    The new navigation in WooCommerce is entirely powered by JavaScript, and it is disconnected from the regular WordPress menu system. So any extensions (like the TikTok one) that register their menu using the WordPress system won’t get picked up in the new WooCommerce navigation. Turning off the new WooCommerce navigation changes it back to the regular WordPress system again.

    This problem was solved; however, a new problem arose. When I click on the TikTok extension, there is nothing–just a blank canvas. Something not loading, I supposed. Should I continue writing about this problem in this thread or should I create a new thread for this?

    @kawahbuku It would be best to start a new thread, so that each thread can be focused on a single issue.

    Closing this thread as issue is resolved.
