where is theme info in WordPress 3.8

    hi , i have a problem

    in older version of wordpress and themes , there is file called template.xml that hold all information about theme .

    now in new themes and wordpress i cant find any xml file and i try to open all php in theme and find any info about theme name or version but no success at all !!

    where is this info now ? how can i found this ?
