Where is the "To" email address?!

Hello everyone
I know that this is a silly question, I am a very beginner to wordpres.
I installed Contact form 7, and the contact page looks normal,
I tried to send a “testing” email, it says my message was successfully sent.
but I didn’t receive anything!
Does the form automatically send the messages to wordpress admin’s email address?
if not, where do I check and change it?
