Where is the text at top of theme, to right of “Home” link? I can’t find it to c

Hi, I have the Parabola theme. I need to change the text at the top of the page; that is a clickable link. It’s to the right of the “home” button. But, I can’t find where it gets changed? Can someone advise where I can change that text? In the past I set it up to link to a past post and now I would like to update it to another..but don’t remember where that input field is.
