Where is the support, Mr. Michael Tran?!

Where exactly is the support here? Countless threads without answers. And nowhere is a working contact address to the author Michael Tran. Nowhere can you write to him, even his Twitter account is no longer available. Also on his website there is no way to contact him. Surely this makes no sense? What’s the point?
