After a successful review submission, our customers see a message that we would like to change. I cannot find where this can be changed in any of the backend options. I see the line of text is nested in the div.successful area. I’m guessing it’s hardcoded somewhere but I can’t find it. Any help would be great.
    Thanks

@dmpilotwings, the ability to change this message within the plugin’s options is not available currently. You can manually change it within the source code of the plugin, but this is not optimal as when we push out any updates these changes you make will be overwritten.

You can find the message hardcoded in the following location ‘/shortcodes/rr-form.php’ on line 254 within the method ‘rr_output_response_message’.

As we start to migrate Rich Reviews into our main plugin, Starfish Reviews, we will definitely consider making the success message a configurable option.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
