Where is the site title coming from?

Hi,

Page titles and google search are appending the site name to the end…and I don’t see where it is getting that info from. I have left all site title lines blank and customized the pages titles to be shown as %%title%%, but the site name is still appended to the end of the site title (with no spaces)

Is there any other place where the site title is controled other than WP general settings, I left that one blank also.
